Studio Pictures

Today was round one of Studio pictures! They were so cute. This year Brooke got a picture with her best friend Ewa. They had a lot of fun. They do all sorts of poses and different props. Then we get to view them and order them. That is the fun part. They aren't cheap! She is having a lot of fun this year in dance and is making lots of new friends. I am also making new friends. I'm glad she likes it. She is very good at it!

Last Night

Well took JD to my sisters. He was good for her. He usually cries. Took Brooke to dress rehearsal. They had to run through each dance a couple times. They took notes and tonight they will tell them any changes or what they need to work on. Also yesterday Brooke got 3 crowns put on her teeth. She is such a trooper. Today is the first day this week she went to school. JD is being so ornery today. He was up it the middle of the night. Finally went back to sleep at 3:30. He is going to be a gem today! Love them both so much!

Dress Rehearsal

Tomorrow we have dress rehearsal at the high school. We have to go over what they did wrong in the competition and fix it. I hope Brooke is feeling up to it. She is having dental work tomorrow.The show must go on. Today I spent the day with my cousins and we had a craft day. We made necklaces, hair clips for the girls. It was relaxing and a lot of fun. I look forward to our weekly visits.

Production Team

We stayed and watched the production team perform. They were AWESOME!!!! Brooke has decided she wants to be in production next year. We are going to be busy!

Our First Competition

Well we made it through, the girls did a great job. We had our first try at false eyelashes. (not fun!) Had to slick back hair, lots of makeup, and jewelry. It was a pretty fun day. They did get gold! (platinum is highest) Got another competition in April hope it goes well. They will be working hard!

First Competition!

Tomorrow morning is our first competition. My daughter is lying awake in her bed to excited to sleep. I am nervous for her. I think they will do well. They have worked so hard and got in extra practice. Good luck to all of the girls tomorrow!!!
